EFD Associates was created in February 2005 with the merger of Allegheny Valley Food Service and E.F.DiPasquale Company. Allegheny Valley Food Service was formed by Barry Miller in 1981 as a dedicated food service sales agency. E.F. DiPasquale Company is a brokerage firm founded in 1949 by Edward F. DiPasquale. The company has been owned and operated by the DiPasquale family.
We have just completed an extensive renovation of our facility to accommodate our combined staff and to meet the needs of our principals and customers. This renovation included the construction of a state of the art test kitchen with stadium classroom seating to accommodate 30 people.
