Facility:
We have a 15,000 square foot building with 5000 square feet of office and presentation space and 10,000 square feet of warehouse space.

Test Kitchen:
Our fully equipped, state of the art test kitchen has stadium seating for 30 people and dual plasma screens for presentations.
Our kitchen equipment includes:
- A Vectaire Convection Oven, single-deck, bakery-depth with thermostatic controls
- A reach-in Proofer/Heater cabinet equipped to hold up to 34 18 X 26 trays
- Gas Char counter top broiler with two position cast iron Ultra-Flow reversible top grate. This unit also includes a commercial Match Counter flat top for all of your broiling and grilling needs.
- A 36" four burner gas counter top commercial range with even heat. This unit has a water line attached for easy filling of pots and pans.
- Accu Temp 3 pan convection counter top steamer that also has a thawing feature. This allows us to thaw frozen product in a very short period of time.
- A state-of-the-art temperature controlled fryer which holds fried foods at the proper temperature with virtually no recovery time between drops.
- Our mobile presentation island has 2 built in steam table wells that hold four half pans. This island is also equipped with a microwave oven.
- A Sub Zero refrigerator/ freezer is used for staging of product that is used for demonstrations.
Our dishwashing room is equipped with a high temperature Door/Hood commercial dishwasher with built in booster heater. This room also contains a 2-compartment sink as well as a 3 bowl sink for wash, rinse and sanitize.

Warehouse:
Our warehouse includes over 3500 square feet of racked, refrigerated and freezer space and 6000 square feet of racked, dry space. We have a loading dock with two bays. Our warehouse staff consists of 4 full time employees including our warehouse manager.
